The Hispanic Contractors Association Georgia is always looking for skilled labor in order to provide member companies with additional value in the areas of job placement and Human Resources. We promote HCAG and do our best in finding both well trained and qualified workforce and also in finding individuals whom may lack the experience but are certainly ready and eager to learn the trades. Also, HCAG posses the tools to train these workforce with the help of member companies making sure not only their trade skills have high standards, but also that they are properly trained in safety creating an army of qualified OSHA certified workers ready to be hired.
Some of the construction areas that HCAG places an emphasis in searching for workers are, Drywall, Framing, Painting, Ceilings, Roofing, Concrete, Masonry, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Carpentry, Flooring, Stucco, and much more.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) In order to receive further assistance regarding HCAGs Qualified Workers database you must join as a Contractor Member of HCAG. You can quickly go to "Join" in the main menu and select the level that's most appropriate to your business. Fill out this application to your left with basic information and after we've received the form, an HCAG representative will contact you to gather more specific information regarding your request. Among some of the information that we'll need we'll ask you about the nature of your company, the type of construction your company does, what kind of workforce are you lacking and need to hire, etc.
2) The information that you are providing to HCAG (both on and off line) is strictly confidential and will only be used to assist you and your needs. HCAG is not an employer of workers and we only serve as a channel by which individuals and companies connect. Companies must run their own background checks and practice their own internal hiring practices according to their own Human Resources processes. HCAG is not responsible for any negative outcome derived from the relationship between people that connected by the assistance of HCAG. HCAG does NOT guarantee to any contractor member or not member of HCAG that will have at the time of request the number of people in its database that the contractor member is requesting, or that specific trade nor it guarantees that the levels of skilled labor are the highest with respect to workers in HCAG's database. HCAG will do its best to try to create a connection between companies and workers to the best of its ability. Market conditions and other external factors will play a big role in HCAG's workers database and its quality.
